Gear Rental Help And Terms

TERMS OF RENTAL:

• Refund of security deposit is subject to condition of the goods returned.
• We may deduct maintenance and repairing charge if the goods are damaged.
• If the items returned are completely damaged and are non-usable or repairable or lost, the entire security deposit or sometimes even more than that can be claimed from the customer depending upon the items, its purchase and maintenance cost.
• Offline and Last Moment Rentals are not allowed and if allowed can be at a higher rate.
• Goods are just provided for rent and is to be returned on time. If not delivered on time, the rent will be applied for each extra days.
• The rent amount will not be refunded in any case, even in the case of early return.
• Non-returned gears will be considered as a theft and according proceedings will follow, including claiming for the loss occurred to the company due to non-return of the gears on time.
