All users can contribute their Travelogue to our website only after registering and signing in to our website.
All the information, pictures, etc in your Travelogue should NOT violate any copyright laws. If any copyright laws are infringed by your content, Himalayan High will not be liable for it.
A travelogue can be written about your own travel experiences only in the Himalayan regions of India, Nepal, and Bhutan. Travelogues should NOT be written about the travel outside the Himalayas.
Your Travelogue should have a minimum of 1000 words and should contain at least 5 good quality images.
All images should mention proper description.
You may write multiple blogs on our portal. However, each of your blogs should be completely different.
Racism or any kind of discriminatory content should NOT be uploaded.
The information you share should be accurate to the best of your knowledge, in order to help others.
Any obscene or explicit content/pictures can NOT be uploaded.
Fellow travelers should be respected in all matters of thought.
Unrelated or irrelevant content should NOT be posted and will be deleted by the moderators. You may also be blocked because of your irresponsible act.
Travelers are encouraged to provide a brief description about themselves too under your profile. This can be done on https://himalayanhigh.in/Secure/UserProfile.aspx after signing-in to the website.
Travelers are encouraged to show willingness to help other fellow adventurers/ enthusiasts in order to help the whole community.
Your membership can be canceled and your content can be removed if found violating any of the registration terms and policies.
Posting any type of commercial content or mentioning other Travel Operators Name and link apart from Himalayan High is strictly not allowed.
Himalayan High will have the right to use any published travelogue on our website for their promotion on any online platform or social media channels.
The writer of the travelogue will retain the intellectual right over the entire content submitted to us.
These policies can be changed later and Himalayan High reserves the right to change/modify these policies anytime if required.

How To Submit Your Entry?

You need to be logged in to the website to access the page. You can register on https://himalayanhigh.in/Secure/Register.aspx
After registering on the website, you need to fill up your profile information on https://himalayanhigh.in/Secure/UserProfile.aspx
Once logged in, writing the blog is very simple and the interface is self-explanatory. You need to provide 4 things - a title for your blog, the main write up, a brief extract of about 150 words and a lead image for your blog.
While writing the content, please make sure you follow all the above-mentioned policies so that publishing becomes a quick process.
You may save your write-up as draft multiple times before submitting it to be published.
Once you submit your blog to be published, our team will review it and get it live after checking for any violation of the above content upload policy and errors.
In all major steps, you will be sent an email notification.
Once your blog is published on our portal, it cannot be edited.

Reward Policy For Writing On Our Platform

Only those blogs which get published on our portal will be rewarded.
For each of the blog that gets published on our portal, you will be awarded with a discount voucher.
You can write multiple blogs and be rewarded multiple times provided that all the entries are different.
This discount voucher will be sent to you on your registered email address automatically once we publish your blog on our portal.
This discount voucher will be valid for a Year from the date of publishing your blog.
The discount voucher will entitle a single member to a discount of 30% on any of the fixed departures treks or climbing expeditions listed on our website.
The discount voucher will entitle a single member to a discount of 20% on Equipment Rentals, Homestay, and Leisure Travels.
The maximum discount amount is capped at Rs. 3000 only per voucher on Trekking and Climbing, and Rs. 1500 only on Equipment Rentals, Homestay, and Leisure Travels.
One voucher can be redeemed only once.
This discount voucher can be used by yourself or be passed on to your friends and family members who wish to do a trek in the Himalayas.
This discount voucher can be used on all of our services that we offer i.e Trekking, Climbing, Equipment Rental, Homestay and Leisure Travel in the Himalayas.

In case of any dispute, the decision of Himalayan High will be considered final and cannot be challenged
