When Should You Book?
We typically get booked about 3 - 6 months in advance. It is advisable to book this much in advance as you get early bird discounts and also your travel costs like flights/hotels/trains etc are much cheaper and confirmed if you book well in advance.
Rules Of Cancellation:
If cancellation is done:
- Up to 90 days or more before the start date - 100% Refund of the total invoiced amount
- 89 days to 46 days before the start date - 60% refund of the total invoiced amount. 40% of the invoice amount will be charged as the cancellation penalty.
- 45 days or less before the start date - No Refund of the total invoiced amount. However, transfer of batch and rescheduling is allowed as specified below.
- Transfer Of Slot to a Different Batch/ Trek: No Loss Of Money, valid up to 1 year from the Invoice date. It can be availed up to 30 days before Trek Start Date by sending an email.
- Transfer of Slot to Friend/ Family For Same Batch: No Loss Of Money, valid up to 1 year from Invoice date. It can be availed up to 20 days before Trek Start Date by sending an email.
- Validity: This rule is applicable for both trekking and technical peaks above 6000 meters, categorized as a climbing expedition and graded as Challenging or Challenging+

The month of April and from October to November are good months to climb Thinchenkhang Peak in Sikkim. Post monsoons are the best time to climb it because of stable weather

We will make the Climbing permit for Mt. Thinchenkhang. The permit fee charged to clients will be on an actual basis + 15% HH Service Charge. Below is the tentative structure of the peak climbing permit.
IMF Handling Fee:
- US$ 500 for a party of two members.
- US$ 200 each, for additional members up to seven.
- Thereafter, for each additional member US$ 250, up to a maximum limit of twelve members.
- Liaison Officer Equipment Hire charges US$ 500 in addition to the handling charges.
Sikkim Peak Climbing Royalty:
(a) For foreign expedition team: US $350 per team of up to four members, US $500 per team of up to eight members and US $75 for every additional member.
(b) For domestic expedition team: Rs. 15,000/- per team of up to eight members and Rs. 1,500/- for every additional member.
(c) For local expedition team: Rs. 3,000/- per team of up to eight members and Rs. 300/- for every additional member.
Kanchenjunga National Park Fees:
For Indian Nationals: INR 350/- per head for the first 7 days. INR 40/- per head-per day for additional days.
For Foreign Nationals: INR 560/- per head for the first 7 days. INR 80/- per head -per day for additional days.
For Students (Indian Nationals): INR 80/- per head for the first 7 days. INR 20/- per head -per day for additional days.
